Hexblast can't detonate multiple Curses socketed into Blasphemy

As the title states, Hexblast is unable to detonate multiple Curses if both of these Curses have been socketed into the Blasphemy skill gem (turning them into Auras). The most noticeable difference is the lack of a damage increase, but you can also verify this by looking at the active Curse effects beneath an enemy's healthbar; when casting Hexblast, one of the Curse effects will flicker whereas the other remains continuously active.

Additionally, I have tested this by socketing the Withering Touch support gem into Hexblast. When you socket only one Curse into Blasphemy and self-cast the other Curse, casting Hexblast will inflict 2 stacks of Wither. But when both Curses are being cast as Auras through the Blasphemy gem, only 1 stack of Wither is applied on casting Hexblast.

I am using Whispers of Doom to increase my Curse limit.

Ran into the same issue.

I'm also using Whispers of Doom. I tested it by toggling off one of my 2 curses and hexblasting the same mob while the mob was alone. In either case, hexblast seems to do the same damage.

First situation looks like bug. Hexblast have to remove 1 curse from target per cast. No mater of source.
