Branching Bolts - Not reflected in tooltip

Thanks for your report, I had a look at this and it seems that Branching Bolt does give Arc a chance to chain an additional time.

With Chain support this will cause Branching Bolts a chance to chain 2 additional times.

It seems that Arc is not gaining extra damage from Branching Bolts, I'll pass this on.
