Currency swap to other sub account

Hi, im looking to get my currency switched from one sub account to another due to the mix up with sub accounts. I jave put a email to support but have not recieved anything in email or currency swapped in game. I am guess you are swamped i was just wondering if there is a eta on responses.

Nothing has changed. They reached out to me to ask me if i wanted my currency moved or my characters and nothing since then has been said or done. I JUST WANT TO SELL STUFF !!!!!!
