Ritual Trial in Sekhemas not Completing

Killed all the mobs (including summoners) but walked away from most of the portals as they were crumbling.
Took the minimap blindness affliction so wander around to find more portals.
Portals that had previously crumbled are now lit up again, but there are no summoners by them and no mobs spawning from them.
Unable to proceed in Trial since game never recognized that I killed everything even though there are no mobs left.

Edit: Would like to note I was still full honour so that can't be the reason for trial not progressing.
