Website says I don’t own the game

Logged in website today for first time and it only shows my POE 1 information and says I need to buy early access to play POE 2. I have bought this and I am using the same Xbox account so should be there, my account shows the coins I got but no game. Please fix so I can trade as it’s preventing me from trading

I’m experiencing the same thing for PoE2 ea in XBox. Were you able to figure it out?

Same issue on ps5 pro . Win I go to the psn store it says I own the game but if I go to view product it tells me the game is in my cart win I check my cart there is nothing there if I go to checkout poe2 is in my cart but I own the game delete it out of my cart now it’s stuck in my cart and can’t take it out .hope they fix this almost bought the game 3 more times..

The website status is only for PC users. When you get the supporter pack you can download the game and trading works fine for me. I'm on Xbox as well.
