Xbox POE2 No Chat and Character Deleted

Hi! I just merged my two of my accounts because I was told to do that online in order to verify and use chat on my console version of POE2. I still cannot use chat feature, and also my character with 12h "Baffle" was deleted or I am no longer able to access him. Please help :)

When you merge 2 accounts it should create 2 subaccounts that you can switch, either on POE.com and In Game.

Switch account for the one you're usually using and it should be ok. However, your coins might be split between both or on the "wrong" subaccount.

Anyway, there are so many people having this issue that I think they will eventually address it somehow.. the question is when? I'm waiting for 5 days for just unblinking my Steam account and still no answer.
The support can't receive email anymore and nobody is doing anything so it might take a while...

For now, I think it's better to not use your coins until the situation with the support is back to normal. In the meantime, at least you can still play, unlike many of us.

If you have your stash but not cosmetic then it's just that your cosmetic are not one POE2 yet.
If you don't have anything, you're just in the wrong subaccount, switch and you will have them.

I believe it's the same as for PS5, you need to create a character on both accounts to have the menu dropdown to do the swap.
I got someone else telling me this on another post yesterday.
