Passive Skill point bug has bricked my character

After refunding passives skills, i can no longer go down the skill tree without it saying requirements not met. I have the skill points available but now i can no longer use current or skills, nor can i even go out and get low level gear to try and even be able to play. Any fix to this or is support even looking into it?
