Customer Support MIA
Greetings,
I had asked for a refund since 4th Dec 2024, but have since not receive any reply or acknowledgement how this is proceeding, is this the kind of support from GGG, i.e. ignore your customer after taking their money.. This is totally unacceptable at the very least inform your customer that you are looking into this BUT radio silence... The game is still in EA and yet customer support is non exist!!! Lots of people seem to be having various issues, it's possible they're overloaded with requests. Still, I feel like they should have been ready for this and hired more people to deal with customer support. :/

i sent an email 10 days ago about changing the email in my profile. still havent heard back. they probably only have 5 people answering 100's of emails

I am still waiting since the 7th of december as well, just for a different issue. Im not joking... if they are not even answering it is up to us to file a case at a loyal.
