[POE2] SUPER FRUSTRATING Xbox crash

I have made several attempts to bring this issue to your attention but have yet to receive a response. This bug is severely impacting my ability to play the game, and based on community discussions, I am not the only one experiencing this problem.

The issue occurs when respawning at a checkpoint, traveling to a waypoint, or entering/exiting the town with a portal. The game enters a paused state and completely freezes, making it impossible to unpause or take any action. The only workaround is to force-close the game, and at times, I need to do this multiple times.

This issue makes traveling to town highly inconvenient, and when I die in a boss fight, I often need to restart the game several times just to retry. This has made the experience incredibly frustrating and nearly unplayable.

Please investigate this issue urgently or, at the very least, provide a response with a possible solution or acknowledgment of the problem.

I have posted this in multiple channels. Pretty sad about this. Was really looking forward to playing the game this holiday. But it’s unplayable

Having this issue for weeks on PS5.... literally closing and opening the game 100 times a day
