Bug inviting people to party, and guild - "cross platform limitations"

Main PC/Steam POE profile:
---Cannot invite people to party or my guild on PC

New PS5 profile:
---Can invite people to guild and party while logged into this profile on PS5
---Can invite people to guild and party while logged into this profile on PC

I've tried turning crossplay on and off on PS5 to unbug it. There is no crossplay limitations on PC that I can find.


Error text seen below.

"Request rejected due to your cross platform limitations"

Have you figured this out because I'm having the same issue.

I am experiencing this issue as well. I have my account linked with my sony account, but cannot invite or teleport to people from pc

I have not found a solution as of yet.
I cannot invite anyone to party or guild on PC on either account at the moment.

Same issue here, makes trading near impossible. Would love an update that this is a problem on their end.

I found a solution:

On PS5, turn OFF crossplay, log in, play the game a little.
Shut down PS5.
Turn on PS5.
Turn ON crossplay, log in play a little.
Close POE2 on PS5.
Open it back up.

This solved the issue for me.

Unsure which steps are necessary and which are not, but these steps solved it for me.
