POE 2 Can't Move Character after Forgemaster Fight

I beat Forgemaster with Killing Palm and my character got stuck in place. I reset to the checkpoint and the lift no longer works to get back into the boss arena in order to retrieve the quest item.

I had a similar issue. I killed the Forgemaster just as my Witch died.
He's flagged as dead, and I can't get down to retrieve the hammer to complete the quest now as the Arena access point is closed

Same here. Killed him just as i died. Got ported to the checkpoint at the elevator but it cant be activated to get down. The quest item is down there still and Mektul is dead but no way to retrieve it

I'm having the same issue. I lost to the Forgemaster and can't move if I use an input method of Mouse and Keyboard. I can play WASD but don't like that at all. I've tried switching, logging out and letting the dungeons time out. Nothing has worked.

Anyone else having this as well or any luck in resolving?

I also have had the exact same issue. Are we really just unable to complete now?

This is still happening, beat the Forgemaster and am now stuck. Menu keys work (Inventory, Character etc.) but no action ones do. (edit: portal was "unavailable here.")
However, I was able to quit to character select and then log back in right where I was before to then loot the hammer.
