Iron Rune not applying the 20% on armor

Could it be that the Iron Rune is not working properly? I've applied 2 runes on my armor and the 20% increase (40% from both items) does not reflect in my stats. I've seen multiple people complaining about this.

I've got body armour with a base evasion of 744 and an energy shield of 283. After applying 2x Iron Rune, which should increase the stats by 40%, my evasion is now 893 and the energy shield is 340. That's only about a 20% increase. Any ideas on why this isn't adding up?

the increase from the Iron rune is applied to the gear peace you are wearing so if your gear does not have evasion or armor on it than it will not give you any armor or evasion because there is nothing to increase of x amount


if X is 0 and you multiply it with 20% than the resort will be 0
