Amulet dissapiared POE 2

I clear a t5 map and going to activate Breach
After i failed it amd map closed
Then i see to i don't have a amulet after died
Name amulet The Everlasting Gaze
Azure Amulet
Don't see in chest or smth and i can't sell it to NPC it's imposible
How to get amulet back
Help please!

I FOUND IT IN DISTILLED OIL
