Wrong server(choose Moscow, but instance is in Francfurt)

Hello, guys.

The problem is that i choose Moscow for the server:


But in reality it create server in Frankfurt.

With resource monitor in windows, i cheeked ip of poe 2 using and it's:

Frankfurt(for 2 instance)
162.62.228.63
43.157.106.28

Moscow(for 2 instance)
91.206.197.148
91.206.197.83

The problem that i have lags on Frankfurt(ping is ~30ms. but sometimes goes to 200ms).

This happens mostly in the evening(today 11.12.2024 from 19 00 Moscow time) EU time.

usually you get tossed to DE servers with ping 40+
some servers are ok with stable 40-50 ping
and on some servers it jumps every now and then from 40 to 150
