SOFT LOCK... stuck/ glitched Viper Napuatzi

After the 3rd fight she got stuck in the fight behind there guards towards south east of the map. I can not hit her, she can not attack me. I disconnected, not fix jet. She got stuck exactly at the middle after her "Ultimate" and I used Earthquake. May that helps to fix that Problem.

EDIT: even worse, I am suck now. I can not kill myself. The boss can not deal damage and all attacks can not hit her. I can not respawn and can not open a portal. So I am stuck with my char.

I will comment here if I found a way to get unstuck. But a Softlock like that should not be possible.

EZ fix: Give players the opportunity to open a Townportal even in Bossfights. ( No idea why that is not even implemented)

Even "respawn at ceckpoint" does not work at ESC options

Did you ever find a fix? currently stuck in the same way
