Seething body and Bringer of flame do NOTHING

currently doing essence drain and contagion and neither of these ascendancy points work at all, no damage is added as fire damage even when using chaos bolt wand attack and none of my attacks cause chance to ignite either completely wasting my ascendancy choice this needs to be fixed asap or a free ascendancy reset is necessary.

Is this still bugged ? I was interested to pick up this ascendency but I'll take something else if it doesn't work.

I havent tried it and have just gone demon form for ED Contagion.
