Account locked due to access from another location Every time i log in...

I get the message that my account was locked due to access from another location every time I log in or get disconnected.

I basically have to wait for the verification email every time I try to play the game. Just for safety I have changed my password but I doubt there is someone else logging in as nothing changed when I left, even my character is in the same place I left him.

Another issue is that the verification mail takes from 20 seconds to 2 hours to arrive at times, making it impossible for me to play the game.

You are lucky, I am waiting for the code since the 5th of December.
