I want to change the name of this account but the support mail is not responding

I created this account years ago and recently i got POE2 and im playing a lot and liking it, but i saw that the name of the account is an old nick of mine.

I messaged the support mail for a name change but im not getting anything back, anyone knows how much time it takes for support to respond to an account name change?
