Low fps perfomance (10-30fps) [Poe2]

Hello, like Title say i ahve low fps perfomance (10-30fps) on decent PC

- Ok, firstly i need to say that i played 8h on first day and i have whole time 60 fps on HIGH settings, while last 2 days i have around 10-30 fps even on the lowest settings possible. I tried to switch to dx11, vulkan and dx12, but seems everything same. There not any special area or certain skill that occuring my fps drop, its pretty random over the place everywhere.

- My PC specs:
𝐂𝐏𝐔: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
𝐆𝐏𝐔: AMD Radeon RX580, 8GB
𝐑𝐀𝐌: 16GB DDR4

- Like i said in first paragraph, i tried to change everything possible to lowest setting, or switch to dx11,12 or vulkan even vsync, but nothing changing.
