Missing Chimera Pet

Hey everyone,

is there a solution for the missing Chimera Pet drop? I did get the 2 twitch drop ingame from watching the Stream but the chimera pet is still missing after gifting 4 Subs to Handofblood. I claimed it on the Twitch Site but its still missing ingame and under Account rewards. xArthurionx#6310
