Stuck in loading screen clearfell encampent

Played before the patch and closed the game at clearfell encampment, the patch released and when i logged in to play the game got stuck in the loading screen for clearfell encampent

Got past the locked loading screen by creating another character, doing the first quest, backing out and loading the main character
