Coins problem

Dear Support Team,

Thank you for your time to assist me with my issue. I'm writing to report a problem with my Path of Exile account. I recently purchased a supporter pack with 300 coins, but when I used the key on my Steam account, my PoE account was created with two profiles: one with 300 coins and another with 0 coins.

The issue is that I'm currently playing on the profile with 0 coins, which means I'm missing out on the benefits of the supporter pack. I've invested over 40 hours of progression on this character and would like to find a solution to transfer the coins or my character to the correct profile.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would greatly appreciate it if you could transfer the coins to the correct profile or help me transfer my character to the correct profile.

I'm literally in the same exact situation as you. 50 hours into my character, wondering when my 300 points will arrive, only to find they were sent to a linked account I was unaware of.

Try emailing support... they seem to be backlogged but its probably all we can try to do at the moment to get help.

Same problem here.... I buy yesterday the supporter Pack with 300 Coins and i have nothing... I have only this Account... No second acc...

I see that im not alone with that problem, well i hope that they gonna find a solution for us.

My points are missing as well. I don't have a second account. How did you all find this out?

I'm having a similar issue.

I have 2 accounts and they are linked.

I have a PoE2 char on the account:1. I used the ingame shop to purchase coins, it sent me to the site and the site was automatically on account:2.

So I bought the coins on account:2 by mistake. So cant use my coins unless I start over. Sent an email to support, been 3 days no reply.

Same problem, 2 acccounts...get an answer from mail that Say they can do nothing...how is this possibile?? Lose about 30 euro not for a my misstake?

any new news about this problem?

I purchased the starter pack too and didn't even get 300 coins on any account. Emailed support but no reply yet :(
