Viper Napuatzi BOSS

Playing on my warrior, this boss went into her phase where she flies around summoning circles of fire and the purple stuff, but she zoned out, outside where the guys with the shield stands.

I'm unable to attack her, and likewise it seems. (except for her AOE attacks, poison pool etc)

I'm not sure what caused this, but i was continually attacking her in her air phase. and she was slowly moving away from me, and eventually went outside of the arena, i think she flew to high?

I have a printscreen of the boss outisde the arena, but i cant seem to understadn how to attach it.

This fight is a glitchfest. Got stuck in the shieldwall and the boss doesn't take damage. I want to try to use frost wall to push myself out but I can't cast it for some reason.
