stuck in act 5 on POE 2

my story is stuck i cant get any quest items from killing bosses i killed several times but cant get mastodon tusks or i killed boss on traitor's passage but it still says search treaitor's passage only think i didnt made yet is reinstall the game i hope you guys can fix that somehow i dont wana lose that char also want to keep playing this game
