Weapon swap instant disconnect

I'd like to report a bug that started happening few hour ago for me. I get instantly disconnected "unexpected disconnect occured" message after using ability bound to my second weapon set, by clicking X or by using inventory UI when trying to swap. When done in maps it closed the instance resulting in loss of all portals / waystone.

Edit1: And just as I posted it stopped happening... I unbound my weapon swap ability, pressed X without disconnect. Rebound it and could use it again.

I wasn't using MTX.

I will update the post if anything reoccurs, maybe it was some freak four-time occurance.

Edit2: And as soon as i enter a map, weapon swap. It happens again... Hard to test it without losing all my waystones at this point. Guess the solution for now is to not weapon swap at all.

Actually, I think this bug occurs when using "Elemental conflux".

Other spirit gems(Blink, Cast on ignite) were safe.

Same disconnection when,

1. Elemental Conflux on both weapon set.
-> disconnected when swapping

2. Elemental Conflux on primary weapon only.
-> disconnected when swapping to primary

3. Elemental Conflux on primary weapon only.
-> disconnected when swapping to secondary

I found the way bug happens.

Only using Elemental Conflux is safe with any elemental mastery support(fire, cold, lightning).

Disconnection occurs when I using Clarity and Vitality support with Elemental Conflux.

Other spirit gems(Blasphemy, Cast on ignite, Arctic armour) were safe to use with Clarity or Vitality.
Only when Elemental Conflux with Clarity or Vitality support, the disconnection occurs with weapon swap.
