[POE2] Tainted Paradise map crashed and is now failed on atlas

During a run of Tainted Paradise my game crashed and disconnected from server. After logging in again, the map was marked as failed on the atlas and can not be reattempted, locking me from the hideout behind it.

Is there a way to retry the map, or do I have to find another one somewhere else on the atlas? Losing the XP bonus, hideout and boss from a server/crash issue seems like a bummer, given the communication of servers pausing when you disconnect, which did not happen here.

Any help/clarification is appreciated, thank you!

yep, same thing happen to me, I was running about looking for the last two missed mobs and I crashed, come back to a red locked out area.

SO it just dead now? How what Why?

Let's bump this suspiciously ignored question, I failed a map too because I had to get out of my chair for RL reasons and it interrupted my flow during a hectic time, when I got back and unpaused I died within seconds. Interruption was definitely the cause of death, but now my character is gimped? WTF? I delete this level 70 char because the atlas is ruined?
