Unable to use any Spells/Skills for a few seconds

What happens?
After interacting with a Door, Sarcophagus, or anything Iam able "interact with", I cannot use any Spell or Skill at all for 3-4 seconds. It is pretty consistent.

Does also happens to peers of mine, different class/pc/specc, so nothing to do with that.

I didnt pay attention how to trigger this, but it happens randomly.

Unable to use keybinds nor dodge roll, this need to be adress, i've check if i didnt have a particular debuff or smthg but no.

While playing the youtuber Darth Microtransaction also mention this issue.

OP, i assume you're talking about POE 2, you should change the title to make it more clear for feedback.
