I can't drop/see breach/simulacrum splinters?

I've done over 10 of both at this point and i haven't seen a single splinter of either.
Breach hands don't drop anything for me which i find weird cus they should be dropping splinters i think
And no mobs killed in in delirium drop me splinters nor do i get them as a reward at the end, just emotions, which i don't know if it's the only thing you're supposed to be getting but point is that i'm just not getting any splinters.
What gives?

PS: problem solved. u need to run red maps to drop it

Red Maps??? When do they start???? I have 6 more T10 maps before the quest is complete.
Please tell me the red maps start at T11!!! lol

Btw, i ended up here due to not seeing a single Breach splinter at all, but on reading the comments here ive realised its also Delirium fragments that arent droppin at all :/

They don't drop until ~T11+.

Indeed Splinters have started dropping all over the Breach events now, although I've not ran a single Delirium event since passing T11s's into T12's, & am still yet to see their equivalent drop.
