I am experiencing the same issue.

Same here, its not letting me use any of the staff skills since its saying I require intelligence although I have the strength far over that required amount.
Edit: From another thread that helped me: "it works if I insert a new gem, but I cant upgrade the gem I'm currently using..." Horrible workaround but I will do it for now. Last edited by Nightraged#1239 on Dec 14, 2024, 4:17:33 PM

Bump, still not working. Cannot upgrade Tempest bell from level 3 to level 5, but can engrave Tempest Bell level 5 and use it without any issues. Too bad jeweler orbs do not transfer between the same skills :(
