bringer of flame (infernalist node) not working

I tested with detonate dead while bringer of flame is on.
It damaged like 80% health of the enemy.
Even with critical strike, it doesn't ignite at all.
In my experience, chance to ignite was less than 5%.

It may be the problem of ailment threshold or the bringer of flame not working.
Please fix this.

Same here, bringer of flame is totally not working, 100% useless node and nobody is realizing.
