Normal Act 3 briefly bricked by going Cruel via portal instead of Act 3 Gateway

It's bricked because even though it looks correct on the map (that looks like the "past" encampment?) the tileset loaded is the one for "future" Ziggurat Encampment and the waypoint tile appears but it's there's no blue light on it, and I can't use it.

If I recall correctly, what I did was:

- Finish Normal Act 3
- After killing the boss, create a portal
- That landed me in Cruel Act 1, The Riverbank
- I proceeded to play through Cruel, and am now in Act 2
- I realized the quest for "Travel to Cruel Difficulty" was still open
- so I went back to Normal Act 3 Ziggurat Encampment and went through the Gateway
- The quest completed, and I was at Cruel Act 1, The Riverbank
- Now Normal Act 3 looks bricked for me
- The waypoint in Normal Act 3 Ziggurat Encampment is not available

After this happened:

- I fast-traveled back to Normal Act 3 Ziggurat Encampment
- I was "in the past", and that's why the map looked like that
- But after doing it again, I was once more in the present
- My map is no longer bricked now
