what is a 'lvl 4' trial?
wave 4 with the boss? wave 10 and 3 bosses total? or did you use the three fragments at the door after 3rd boss for the 'secret boss' and it bugged there? EDIT: Okay, I can confirm he means the 'secret' boss after the wave 10 boss, where you need to put 3 fragments in, the doors opens up, leads to this elevator which you can not move onto.
