Please allow the "centered UI" option button on non-ultrawide widescreen
Hello, I use 16:9, but when I focus on the action, it's kind of hard to look to the edge of the screen to monitor the health/mana orbs, and so now I kind of don't look by habit, and so can't for example preemptively use a mana potion until my char audibly goes "not enough mana!" for me to notice.
I don't think this is intuitive and for me at least makes it hard to focus on the action, and I don't see any harm done by allowing the player to choose whether they want centered UI or just the regular UI like it is now, regardless of ultrawide resolution. Thank you! Edit: An alternative/added solution would be to put two thin bars in the middle of the screen, above the experience bar, and about the size of said bar. A red bar for health, and a blue bar for mana, this while keeping the orbs at the sides of the screen intact. This would help players who mostly look at the center while keeping the UI as it is. I don't understand why centered UI is not a thing for everyone: 16:9 is the mainstream; 16:9 is widescreen!
Or just let us move UI. Having one buff you have to track in top left corner and another buff you have to track in the bottom right corner will make you crosseyed. |
