Worked great(xbox series X) freezing every 30 seconds since patch

Not even that upset that I switched to COS Invoker and used the majority of my gold and gems and have zero gold now after switching almost all of the skill tree back, but this is freezing every 10-30 seconds for 5 seconds(it's been an hour straight of not going 30 seconds without, and was happening when I was just switching my build back in town for the majority of that time). Tried restarting, checked my internet and 0% chance it's that, and it's 6am EST so I know it's not the server being overrun. Just became completely unplayable and was perfectly fine before this minus a crash or two since release. Really hope this can be fixed soon being off today and up early.
