Trialmaster bug

I completed 10 floor ultimatum and opened the door with 3 fragments. Behind door there is only platform that cannot be stepped on. I can't get info the fight with the boss and receive the ascendancy points.
Will the fragments be refunded to me?

I have the same bug.

Completed 10 floor ultimatum, put in the fragments and couldn't use the platform after I entered the room.

Maybe the problem is the area level. I will try area level 80 and see if it works.





Edit: Same bug area level 80. I guess you cannot get your last ascendancy points from ultimatum because you can't enter the Trialmaster boss arena.
