Can points be transferred from one sub account to another? GGG Have put them on the wrong one :(

GGG have appeared to have funded my points to the wrong sub account, my steam account which I bought the points on and EA, as well as the account that has been getting twitch drops and I've spent 50 hours on already in PoE 2 hasn't got the coins....


Now my other sub-account which I never use has.

Both PC btw

Hoping they can do this and hoping they can also transfer the EA so I can upgrade to a bigger package without spending an extra 30 dollars to get there.


has anyone had the same issue?

this has happened to me, too. I've emailed them a few times since Dec 8th but got no reply til now :(

Same. still waiting but i kinda had to buy stashtabs, its otherwise a horror story playing lategame without any extras stashtabs.

hopefully they answer my mail soon. waiting for a week now

why do you need so many late game? i was going to buy some but I cant access my points :(

if u start storing gems/materials/items/maps its getting too full, u cant stack materials in normal stashes that high for example.

also if u start playing a 2nd character its shared, so its literally 0 space for real. unless u threw everything away which can be potencially good. u need variation of items for resistance and stuff in case u get a new items.

Im in a similar situation except i have access to the EA but i dont have my 300 coins from the purchase, and nothing seems to be linked to the proper POE account. My POE1, previous purchases, and my twitch drops are all on my orginal account but when i purchased the EA pack, it created and linked that stuff to a new account for some reason and now i cant access my unlocked stuff already. If they cant resolve this, I WILL be refunding the EA pack and will not be supporting this company or game anymore.

I have a similar problem because I thought it merged my accounts, it didnt. Mine are with twitch drops however.
