Awesome sceptre but how did you craft it? I am new to POE and I don't see anything like THIS on the trade site. Could you please explain how you get this? I am looking to do the same thing for my Witch Necro :)

So i bouth a Scepter for 8 exalts,
just a blue 1 with +4 minions on it and put a agumentation orb on it got 29% spirit then i put a Regal orb on it and got 8 % attackspeed for minions on it then, 3x Exalted the rest in hopes to get something good... pretty much luck based :D gl on crafting! in total i invested 11-12 ex on it.
