Unable to Obtain "Insert the Cabala Clan Relic" in Act 2 Cruel

I am currently experiencing an issue with the quest involving the "Insert the Cabala Clan Relic" in Act 2 Cruel. I had the item previously but discarded it on an endgame map. Now, I cannot seem to obtain it again to progress the quest.

I have attempted to retrace my steps and farm the relevant area, but the relic does not drop anymore. Could you please assist or let me know if this is a bug?

The Kabala clan relic just doesn't drop from the mobs anymore.

For me I’m on act 5 and can’t even get it to drop for the quest got the other relic but Kabbala clan relic doesn’t drop at all
