Comet Maximum Energy Wrong

Cast time is 2secs and Maximum Energy of cast on freeze on tooltip (click arrow on G menu) is 300. Should be 10 per cast time = 200 Max Energy.

Shadow nerf? We see it :)

The same issue seems to be affecting Lightning Conduit. Also has a maximum of 300 energy instead of the proper 200. Really cramps my style to have to build up an extra 50%

I have a cast time of 1.85s for Comet and I also need 300 energy for Cast on Freeze.
Other skills (e.g. Cold Snap or a curse like Hypothermia) show the correct maximum energy according to the cast time.

First of all, energy cost for skill calculated with BASE CAST TIME (without any haste). As well as noted in every meta gem, unchangeable values as +1s cast time, like in Comet or Lighting conduit, has X2 cost. Its right in game, u should read better.
