Blasphemy + Heightened Curse

The calculation using Blasphemy with socketed curse and Heightened Curse seems to be wrong - instead of making the effects of curses stronger (e.g. further decrease fire res on Flammability) it weakens them.

Blasphemy has a penalty of LESS effect (subtracted from the curse effect)
Heightened Curse has an INCREASE buff (multiplicative, not additive)

Heightened Curse would have to read MORE or GAIN for it to compensate for the LESS effect penalty from Blasphemy.
