Weapon swap not working correctly

When assigning skills to weapon set 1/2 you can still utilize all skills regardless of skill assignment.

I also wasn’t sure if when swapping to a weapon set, if ONLY those skills that are bound to that weapon set should show? Or do all the skills show and the ones that are not usable greyed out?
