Slow Persisting Past Expiration

In a T8 map, I had a strong slow on my character despite having no debuffs. The slow never went away until I portaled back to hideout and came back to the map. Earlier in that same map, I had had a 30% chill applied to my character, and I think it may have visually expired but was still affecting my character.

I had a similar experience.
Through the whole map my slow persisted.

Similar experience, no slow debuff, but I was perma-slowed.

Exiting the game and relaunching fixed it. During the campaign in Mausoleum of the Praetor.
Just had this bug twice today. In each of the cases both my movement and my cast speed were slowed down. Portalling to the hideout and going back in to the map fixed it.
It happens to me on daily basis. Happened in sanctum today, thank god you can relog in Sanctum. If it was Ultimatum you would be screwed.
+1, just had this happen in Sanctum. Leaving the Sanctum fixed the issue. Had it happen in a map a few days ago, and leaving the map also fixed the issue.
Same here. The slow is inflicted and persists past expiration. The slow is only removed when a different slow is applied.

This is still happening in 0.3 and I have it happen every map that has any sort of slows on my monk.

Maps with chilled ground or temporal chains guarantee I have to leave the map and come back at least 3 - 4 times.

Feels like it is some sort of state lock issue with ice strikes animation and the slow debuff not falling off after expiration.
Still happening (T15 extra damage as cold). Please fix.
