Cannot gain +40 spirit because a bug

I cannot get spirit bonus from Ignagduk from act 3 because i killed this boss first in act 6 and than tried to kill in act 3 and it did not give me spirit bonus. Also, map shows that i didn't kill boss in act 6, but i killed it already multiple times and still get no bonuses, ggg please help

Is there a fix to this? i cant seem to get the +40 bonus either

I'm stuck with this bug as well, missing my +40 and tried everything..
