Deadly evolution + Expedition NPCs and Remnant + terrain

Expedition NPC's are affected by the +1-2 modifiers to rare and unique monsters in maps. Rog and the others probably does not like being called monsters when they are so friendly to our gear

Also remants spawn under elevated terain on steppe, but still counts on detonations
