POE2 - Softlocked in The Mad Wolf Of Ogham Quest - will not be completed

Dear Dev Team,

I am currently playing hard and have just completed Act 1. Now, after killing the boss of Act 1, I was teleported to the village “Vastiki Outskirts” via “The Hooded One” in Act 2. Unfortunately, I no longer have a quest there and the quest log still says “Travel East”. Unfortunately, I can no longer press the teleport button via “The Hooded One”.

I've seen in videos that when you first arrive in “Vastiki Outskirts” it says “The Hooded One”. In my case, he is in the village behind it and unfortunately no longer has a quest sign above him. Unfortunately, I can't get any further because I can't do any more quests.

Please help me.
