Account Locked

I attempted to log in yesterday (after playing successfully over the weekend) and saw that my account has been locked. I am unable to play the game or log in to this website on my account, so I made this account to make a post on this forum. I sent an email to support 24 hours ago and have received no response. I understand support must be busy following the launch with a pretty massive player count, but I just wanted to see if I could get any help here in the meantime.

I still have no idea why my account would be locked. I certainly haven't done anything to warrant it, and I have seen others with a similar issue as well. The account has the character Squishmander, under the email jflynn1203@comcast.net.

Hoping for a response. Love GGG, love the game, and would love to keep playing it.

I have the same issue. I was playing, went to the bathroom and when i came back i was logged out and account locked.

I've sent multiple emails and not getting any response. its been close to 6 days now.

Do you think you can help?

there are people that have been locked out since day 1 and still havnt gotten any response besides maybe the copy paste asking for info, I got a response asking for info that I sent in the original email lmao so they didnt even read my email just copy pasted replyed
