PoE 2 plz Add Disable Gold pickup Effect over Characters Head

I play on an Ultrawide Screen and i have turned on the Option to see my Life/Manabar over the Head of my Character.


Now my Problem:

When i pickup Gold, the Effect of it blocks the view of my Life/Manabar over the Characters Head and bcs of that i allrdy died a few times midfight..

plz fix it,
