Zarka not giving the Horn of Vastiri back to my character

I think I got stuck in A2 at "Recreate the Horn" on my character AkkasMyrsky

Zarka is not giving me the Horn back after I gave it to him. This might be due to previous quest reward still being available (support gem if I remember correctly) I claimed that now, but still not getting the horn.

Killing the Mammoth boss doesn't drop another Horn

Should I create a support ticket for this, because I'm now unable to progress the story or is there some way to reset the quest progress or get a Game master to fix this in game?

I am also stuck here. When I returned to Zarka after killing the giant boss, I took the SKill Gem and didn't realize a second item was coming so I pressed the back button on my PS5 controller. I saw The Horn on my screen as another item Zarka was trying to give me briefly, but I had already pressed the button so I never took it.

Now my quest is forever stuck at "Return to Zarka to obtain the horn of Vastiri". This is on A2. There is nothing I can do to progress any further. I tried all the things people have stated in other posts, but this character is now essentially useless and cannot progress any farther into the game.

Also have this problem on my character PierreFitzdiddle. Can't really remember the specific steps, but i also think the support gem was in the way.

Also have this issue at the moment, does this get any attention as I cant progress any further
