Show list of supported skills while cutting support gems

When cutting a support skill gem, it’s unclear if your skills will be supported (unless you choose from the few that are “recommended”, which are often 💩)

For example, there’s a “25% increase attack speed” support gem and a “25% cast speed” support gem. However, it’s not clearly shown whether these for example will work on Minion Snipers/Arsonists until you’ve cut the gem, at which point you can’t go back anymore.

So yeah, please provide the list of supported skills while hovering over support gems in the cutting menu.
