Sacrificial Heart, can't get it to drop again in campaign

Hello,
while I did the campaign I dropped the sacrificial heart quest item on the floor and didnt return the quest. I tried clearing the zone again to get it to drop but it didnt. is it known? anyone knows a fix? Last bumped on Dec 22, 2024, 6:23:12 PM

It seems like this is a known bug, but it's unclear. There's a lot of posts about it.
